“Count it as a blessing.”
Her favorite quote is, “count it as a blessing.” Her mother always says that when Tendai feels hurt, overlooked, or things just are going the way she thinks they should. It reminds Tendai to change her thinking and perspective about a situation to see the blessing in it.
